Chipmunk

Not the best pictures, I took them thru the glass, but noteworthy in that I live in the city & have never ever seen a Chipmunk in my garden.  I don't think they're "supposed" to be here?  

but here is certainly was.  For one day!  

and I haven't seen him since.  Did he hitch a ride down from the mountains?  or somebody's pet??  Not sure.  

Hope he finds a way home somehow....
