just so you know why I've been absent from the blog.
First my desktop went down (where most of my photo editing software is located.) I'm still trying to fix that one. :(
(paperwhites blooming on the buffet)
Second, my parents came for a visit last Saturday and just went home today.
and third, my knee went out on Tuesday. I was walking across the grocery store parking lot, carrying my bags of groceries when something in my right knee "popped." I've been on crutches and an "industrial strength" knee brace since. Oh my. What a week!!!
(current reading material)
It's gotta get better from here tho, right?!!!
Oh, jeepers! Not fun! Does your doctor think it will heal on its own, or do you need a procedure? My right knee started clicking several months ago and it occasionally gives me a little pain. I'm expecting to need knee replacement at some point, because both of my parents have had it. I started taking glucosamine a few months ago, but cut back because my cholesterol went up. Too much information--sorry! Sorry about your computer. Hope you had a wonderful time with your parents!

So sorry about your knee - hoping it heals very quickly. And I hope this next week is uneventful. How is Ivy doing? Keep hoping to see more pics of her here.

Been there, done that. My knee buckled at work about two years ago, and it was so painful I could barely move it for months. It's a bit better now, but never did get back to normal. I sure hope you have better luck!
