Last week I was so busy knocking snow off tree branches I never took the time to take any photos. Our snow last night came with wind meaning there was less accumulation on the trees. Feeling a sense of relief about that, I took my camera out (instead of the broom) this morning. Most of you know (all too well) that I'm not a fan of snow, but even I couldn't help but appreciate these snowy scenes from the garden.

Okay, now MELT already!!!
I can't help it, I'm jealous of your snow.
I know, I know, if we had it all the time, or too much of it, I'd be sick of it too.
But it's just soooooo pretty in your pictures!

Kathleen, I totally did the whole 'knocking off snow with the broom' thing.

It seems so strange to see snow already! It does look pretty on everything though. I found a similar watering can this summer, it has an orange rose like the one covered in snow there.

Beautiful photos Kathleen. I too am trying to see the beauty in the season, but wishing it would melt quickly! I fear we're in for a long hard winter.

Hi Kathleen, I feel so guilty that we enjoyed a warm sunny day here! It was more like early September weather than a day in early November. Hopefully the weather will warm up soon for you. In the meantime, your snowy pictures are terrific!

Oh Kathleen, I'm so sorry you are getting all that snow. I don't like it anymore than you do, but so far no snow here thankfully. It's been fairly pleasant for fall, a few frosts, but no killing freeze yet.
