Three days of clouds and now (today) snow has me dreaming of sunshine. I don't think I could make it in the PNW despite the great gardening climate. There's just something so magically uplifting about sunshine and here in Colorado, we are usually spoiled with an abundance of it.
That makes it even more noticeable when it's absent. Unfortunately for us, the sun is not forecasted to reappear until Wednesday....
Until then I'll have to busy myself indoors, like in my office, where I desperately need to be anyway
or doing some blog maintenance, which has been sorely neglected due to my hectic personal life (of late).
btw, the photo in the card above features the dragonfly sundial I won two years ago from Anna's blog (flowergardengirl). It's been such a beautiful addition to my garden and I think of (and thank) Anna every time I see it. :-)
Hoping your Monday is starting off warmer than mine ~ and that you don't just have to dream of a sunny day...
P.S. I'm so ready for spring I'm switching my blog header early. Over & out winter!
What a beautiful card Kathleen. I love all of the details you put into your cards.
P.S. If you get some time drop by my blog and see if you can Id my Amaryllis for me. I have a strong feeling it is not Peach Blossom. LOL! But it is pretty anyway.

We've seen a few glimpses of the sun here, but now it's supposed to rain for the next week. The gray, drizzly days do get very old. I love the card. I remember when you won the sundial, it was the same time I won the rabbit from Anna.

Thank you so much---and I'm glad you made a card from the photo. I was so pleased when you won it. I really love the card. Spring is really popping out all over here in the South. The daff's , cherry trees, and some magnolias are blooming. So wonderful---hang on cause I'm sending it your way soon.

I changed my blogger header to "springtime" also; too soon, but what the heck.

Yes, Kathleen I'm looking forward to the sun and warmer temperatures over here in Utah. I think you are experiencing the same weather pattern as us. There was a skiff of snow on the ground this morning, but the warmer weather will be here soon! Can't wait! I love your eye for detail (referring to the card).

Kathleen, I well remember when you won that beautiful sundial. Your card is layered so, with many interesting things. Lucky the recipient! :-) Have a sunny day.

Hi Kathleen, I really like your card. I am inspired! I think I might try making one myself.

You are so talented with your card making. I am one of the few women on the planet that does not scrapbook in any way!

Hi Kathleen, well I hope by today, March 27th, spring is springing and it's sunny and bright where you are! We had snow last night...here in VA. It's melted though, for the most part, so that's a good thing! I love your artistic talents and your cards...they are works of art! So pretty, as is the sundial you won;-)
