I keep forgetting to share this idea with you ~ finally this morning my brain engaged. It's a gift envelope I embellished to give my Mom for Christmas. A little patterned paper to cover the envelope flap, some stickers, rub on's, sticker letters and you're done. The hardest thing about it could be finding the cash to put inside! :-)
It could just as easily be a birthday present, Mother's Day gift or thank you. Very appropriate for spring too ~ "seed money" for seeds or plants. :-) Who wouldn't love that??
Of course you could also put a giftcard inside or a gift certificate to the recipients favorite greenhouse or nursery (or any other store ~ those are the ones that appeal to me!)
The best thing about this envelope ~ it can be recycled ~ maybe back to me?!!!! ;-)
I love the gardener's gift envelope! Can I have it, and maybe with the money too? Haha Can I be put on your birthday friend list? I need a friend that understands my interests!!!

This is beautiful, Kathleen, and so creative. I'm sure your mother was thrilled.
It's definitely my kind of gift :) Hope it comes back to you!
