How pretty Kathleen. And wonderful ideas. We must do something to get rid of drab old winter. Love the bird cage!

Robin

Your Valentine tree is beautiful!

Janet

Very pretty, I love it. Will you come here and decorate? I still need to get my Christmas stuff down.

I too always feel there's a void when the tree is taken down. I love the idea of a Valentine tree! Yours looks beautiful!

Kathleen girl the term is called "Cabin FEVER" and most Canadians are more than familiar with it .. husband's birthday is Valentine's Day .. I have to get on the bandwagon and do some decorating (I left the mini lights up on top of my kitchen cabinets saying it was for that .. but maybe the lights have to be red or at least pink ? instead of multi coloured ?) BIG sigh .. note to self .."Self .. work on that issue !!"
Joy : )

I hope spring will come early too. Not that I'm expecting spring here in Malaysia. We don't have the 4 seasons ... Ouch!

Marnie

Excellent idea. I see Halloween trees and Easter trees, why not Valentine trees too. Love the colors.

I agree the house does feel drab and ordinary after we pack up the Christmas decorations.

I love Valentine's day, and your decorations are so charming. But I am one of those people that love when the holiday decorations come down! They seem to clutter my house, and January gives me a fresh start. Did you get your orchid fertilizer? It only needs a little apparently. I only fed it a couple of times.

Catherine

You are so creative! Of course I love the birdcage :) I started seeing Valentine's things at the store last week. I have a hard time waiting just a little bit to buy Valentine's, there are so many cute ones.

Okay, that is such a great idea. My girls have a little white Christmas tree in their room that I haven't taken down. I think we need to transform it for Valentine's Day :-)

Victoria

I love your "magicalness"!!! Great idea with the Valentine's Day tree. :-)
We're mostly stuck inside and I'm driving myself crazy trying to learn how to knit socks. I would have been better off re-decorating our Christmas tree I think.
