Happy April to you, too! Your shortcake looks delicious and is one of my favorite desserts. In fact, we served it as dessert at my wedding reception eons ago (along with traditional cake, of course). Your biscuits look really good.

Looks like you are an accomplished baker, learned no doubt from your grandmother :)
